With just under a million in population, high number of students and graduates as well as a huge number of visitors and tourists, the city seems to be a hotspot and the needs of the people are happily catered for by the investors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property prices, high rent value compared to purchase price and low vacant periods have all resulted in out of town investors to pay special attention to Merseyside and Liverpool.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aforementioned article by Times, indicates that <strong>rental yield in Liverpool is around 4% higher<\/strong> than the national average and this has put the region on top of the property developers and investors list. Some of the best postcodes to invest in according to this article is L1,2 and 3, with L13,7 and 8 following after.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the pandemic in 2020, the Merseyside region and Liverpool have seen a huge rise in property prices and also an enormous increase in demand for rental properties both in residential, commercial and hospitality sector. This rise is partly due to the fact that inflation across all nations have risen and the other reason is that people have realised the gains that are possible in the region and have started to invest more and more. The gains and the prices are set to keep rising as our managing director, <strong>Khashi Shahverdi<\/strong> predicted this rise in March 2020 at a time when everyone else had dooms day predictions and suggesting a crash has already occurred.
