We believe, this is the best way of working as all subcontractors along with project manager, architect, engineers and client are on the same wavelength. The original quote is a more realistic quote as it has been reviewed by all involved in the project. This might be higher than other initial quotes, however we guarantee it is cheaper than what would eventually be paid to other firms on completion. We do our due diligence and make sure the price we quote is the price we finish the job for and we are so confident in our ability that we offer set price contracts.
